Shire of Mundaring

As a new CouncilConnect subscriber, Market Creations Agency was tasked with building a new website for the Shire of Mundaring to help improve access to information and services for their residents and ratepayers.

About the Client:

On the eastern border of the Perth Hills is the charming suburb of Mundaring. In Western Australia, it is well-known for the Mundaring Weir, which has provided water to settlements in the wheatbelt and the gold centres of Kalgoorlie and Coolgardie for decades.

Functionality

Using the Landing Page and Mega Menu modules, users can easily find the content they’re looking for at a glance, and are encouraged to explore the website further with visual tiles. The newly added quick-links, news, events, and social media feeds also provide easy access to dynamic information, keeping the homepage content fresh and up to date.

The Outcome

With the new, innovative, and fresh look, the Shire of Mundaring’s corporate website represents what the Shire stands for and the strong values it maintains. This was a significant website build project, with hundreds of pages of content and over

over 15 modules implemented. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the Shire of Mundaring and understanding the uniqueness of their community.
