Northern Territory

In January 2020, the Local Government Association of the Northern Territory (LGANT) entered into an agreement with WALGA allowing the LGANT members to access WALGA subscription services similar to the Procurement Subscription Service traditionally available only to WALGA Members. As part of this agreement, LGANT members are now able to access CouncilConnect as a service, among others.

In 2020, Market Creations Agency welcomed Katherine Town Council as the first CouncilConnect client in the Northern Territory. The Tiwi Islands Regional Council followed with a new website build

South Australia

2023 saw the City of Salisbury adopt CouncilConnect for their intranet solution, making them the first CouncilConnect client in South Australia.

The intranet solution designed for the City of Salisbury sets a new benchmark for internal communication and collaboration in the LGA landscape. CouncilConnect’s first client withing South Australia, the City of Salisbury is a vibrant and diverse community located in the Northern Suburbs of Adeliade and is described as one of the fastest growing LGAs.

Providing secure access for city staff to access a range of internal and external services from either on premise or remote connection, the intranet features an engaging visual layout for content, a structured sitemap for easy navigation and multiple integrations with a range of third-party services.

New South Wales

In 2024, CouncilConnect was adopted by Hills Shire Council, making it the first CouncilConnect client in New South Wales.
