Market Creations Agency worked with the Shire of Dardanup to understand their needs and requirements by undergoing a stakeholder engagement process with the Shire staff and Councillors.
About the Client
Located in the south west of WA, 185km south of Perth and covering 518km2, their population of approximately 13,000 is growing fast, driven by an enviable regional lifestyle. With a blend of rural and burgeoning urban areas, Council and its Executive Team are focused on encouraging balanced growth and development while recognising the diverse needs of each unique community within its boundaries.
Stakeholder Engagement
The stakeholder engagement process consisted of two workshops, one with the Council members and the other with key administration and department Shire staff. Additionally, an online survey was developed and shared with all internal staff to gather feedback. Insights generated from this process helped to inform the design and information structure of the Shire of Dardanup’s corporate website.
Shire of Dardanup Websites
The project was delivered in just under three months with all websites launched with a refreshed design, enhanced user experience, and improved administration efficiency. Each landing page features its own brand and style elements, whilst adhering to the Shire’s overarching corporate style to ensure cohesiveness.
