File Transfer

The File Transfer module acts as a built-in website alternative to DropBox and other online file transfer systems, giving administrators the ability to send and receive large files. Files are uploaded using the unlimited storage capacity that comes with all CouncilConnect websites, meaning councils can consolidate file transfers exclusively through their website instead of needing to purchase additional 3rd party storage applications.

In a Nutshell

  • Allows Admin users and website visitors to share and receive large files
  • File uploads use storage available within website hosting subscription

Council Elected Member Training Register

Developed in response to the Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019, the Training Register allows elected members (or staff on behalf of the elected member) to declare training through the website, which is then automatically formatted in a table layout that meets all reporting requirements.
